how do we work?

Prospecting
We are approached by land owners of existing business sites with a request for redevelopment of their business real estate, or we look for existing business sites for desired activities at the request of business leaders.

Feasibility study
A feasibility study is then drawn up based on a concrete architectural design, with an initial assessment against the vision of the government involved. If the municipality agrees in principle, a purchase option will be made by us or a partner.

Permit
The necessary permits for the design with an agreement in principle are requested from our management. Upon receipt of the necessary permits, the company site will be purchased.

Construction process
The necessary construction partners (constructors and users) are assembled under our management. The follow-up and coordination of the works is entrusted to our management.
